CLUB MISSION
- To develop acquaintance and fellowship as an opportunity for service

- To provide a tangible way for business people and professionals to serve the community, the district and the world.

To participate in a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service
CLUB OBJECTIVES
- Increase membership by 10% net, to improve our ability to serve
- Emphasize involvement of new members and continuous orientation to Rotary
- Highlight to prospects and members - new rules of attendance, diversity of attendance credits while encouraging weekly attendance and good programs
- Broaden scope and appeal of existing four major fund raisers; make one a signature event that involves every single member
- Participate in District themes - Food for the Poor and benefitting children
- Introduce one or more activities - small or large - with social aspects to enhance fellowship beyond Club meetings
- Make record keeping/reporting an intrinsic responsibility for each event
- Continuous improvement of internal systems, processes and procedures
- Introduce new processes for meetings that encourage broader fellowship and take a new approach to requesting financial support
- Create areas of recognition for outstanding service, attendance, leadership
